Note: A "blind date" is specifically for two people who have never met before.

3. Fiancé vs. Fiancée
❌ My fiancé is getting ready. (Referring to a woman)
✅ My fiancée is getting ready.
Note: Fiancé refers to an engaged man; fiancée refers to an engaged woman.

4. Regarding Professionalism

✅ As regards... or With regard to...

5. Goal-getter vs. Go-getter

Note: A "go-getter" is the standard idiomatic term for an ambitious person.
