Advice this lady please!!

I met a lady few days ago in a public transit and we got talking. It was her initial conversation on the phone with her friend that got us talking ooo.

She said she's beginning to question if the boyfriend still cares. I asked what could be the problem? she said, there's this particular girl that kept appearing on her guy's status with different love inscription, and each time she complained, he kept saying "she's just a friend".

He even told her he was going to post for the girl on the birthday still! And few days after that, he made the birthday post for the girl saying "I love you my baby" with a romantic background music attached to the post. I said wow pathetically.

I asked her if there was any prior misunderstanding? she said NO. she just kept saying with this sad expression "am not doing again, no be by force" meaning she's tired of the relationship. seriously, I felt for this beautiful lady and I was like, who could be messing around with such pretty damsel?
