Sometimes people ask me why I don’t keep many friends, especially women.

But the truth is, if I call you my friend, it means you are truly worth being one.

While growing up, I was always more comfortable around boys. Most of my age mates were boys, so I didn’t really understand the power of sisterhood then.

But with time, I learned what it truly means to have good women around you , women who support, inspire, and uplift each other.

Today, I intentionally choose the kind of women I surround myself with.
I love visionary women.
Women with purpose.
Women with audacity.
Women who know their worth.

Some people say I’m selective about who I keep in my circle.

Some even call it pride.
But my dear, it is not pride , it is wisdom.
Because the people you walk with will determine where you are going.
