In a busy world where everyone is occupied with work, phones, social media, and daily pressure, many families live in the same house but rarely truly connect.

Strong families are not built only by living together, but by spending meaningful time together.

*This weekend*, make family a priority.

*Simple Family Bonding Challenges for This Weekend*:

1. Eat at least one meal together without distractions.
2. Call your parents or an elderly relative and check on them.
3. Spend one hour without phones, TV, or social media; just talk and laugh together.
4. Pray together before sleeping.
5. Appreciate one family member for something they do.
6. Settle any and all misunderstandings quickly and choose peace over pride.
7. Ask someone at home:

No family is perfect, but love, patience, forgiveness and communication keep a family healthy.
