Signs a woman’s womb is healthy 🤰
Your body often gives clues when things are working well 👇
• Regular monthly cycle, comes around the same time
• Normal flow 🩸, not too heavy or too light
• Mild or manageable cramps, not severe pain
• Clear ovulation signs, like stretchy discharge
• No unusual discharge or bad smell
• No persistent lower abdominal pain
👉 Simple truth,
When your cycle is regular and symptoms are normal, your womb is likely healthy.
Still, regular checkups keep you sure and safe.

When doctors warn that excessive alcohol is dangerous, many people shrug it off. But look closely at this image.
See the swollen belly.
See those large, twisted veins bulging under the skin.
Those are not normal veins. They are engorged abdominal veins, a classic sign of advanced liver disease, commonly called alcoholic liver.
When the liver becomes badly damaged from chronic alcohol intake, blood can no longer flow through it properly. The pressure builds up and forces blood to find another path. That is why the veins in the stomach become big, visible and painful.
This is called portal hypertension and it is one of the most dangerous stages of liver failure.
This condition does not care whether someone is rich or poor.
It does not care about age or lifestyle.
Anyone who drinks heavily over time can end up like this.
People love alcohol, but they forget the truth:
âś…Alcohol destroys liver cells
âś…Alcohol causes inflammation and scarring (cirrhosis)
âś…Alcohol weakens the kidneys
âś…Alcohol increases your risk of internal bleeding
âś…Alcohol can slowly shut down your organs without warning
And here is the painful part:
When the liver fails, the only real cure is a liver transplant.
Ask yourself honestly…
Is a liver transplant cheap?
Is dialysis cheap?
Is lifelong medication cheap?
No. They are not.
Protect your liver. Protect your kidneys. Protect your life.
Alcohol brings a few minutes of excitement, but the damage can last forever.
Your body is not replaceable. Drink wisely and live longer.
