A mother’s love knows no language barrier; but today, we’re celebrating her in multiple languages.

We asked our students to call out to their mothers in their own languages and the result is heartwarming.

From Yoruba to Igbo, Hausa to Nupe, Idoma to Igala and beyond; no matter how you say it, the meaning is always the same: unconditional love, strength, and sacrifice.
To every Mama, Ìyá, Nnẹ, Ummi, Inyang, Dèdè; and every name she answers to across our 500+ languages ; this one is for you. 🤍
Because Nigeria is not one voice. It is many. And every single one of them loves their mother.
