A relationship should lift you, not weigh you down.🙌
It should protect your peace, not steal it.
It should nurture your confidence, not make you doubt yourself.💔
It should hear your voice, not silence it.
When you value yourself, you choose love that makes you feel safe, cherished, and😇 understood—never anxious, small, or unseen.
Remember: the right relationship adds to your life, it doesn’t take away from who you are.

🔬 WHAT ARE MICROORGANISMS?
Microorganisms (also called microbes) are tiny living things that are too small to be seen with ordinary eyes. You need a microscope to see them.
They are everywhere:
In the air
In water
In soil
On our skin
Inside our body
And guess what? Not all of them are harmful.
🦠 TYPES OF MICROORGANISMS
1️⃣ Bacteria
Some bacteria cause diseases like typhoid and tuberculosis.
But some are good and help digestion in our gut.
2️⃣ Viruses
Viruses cause illnesses like flu, COVID-19, and HIV.
They cannot survive without a host.
3️⃣ Fungi
Fungi can cause infections like ringworm and candidiasis.
But some fungi are useful in making bread and antibiotics.
4️⃣ Protozoa
These are single-celled organisms.
Some cause malaria and amoebiasis.
🌍 WHY MICROORGANISMS ARE IMPORTANT
✔ Help in digestion
✔ Used to produce antibiotics
✔ Used in food production (yogurt, bread)
✔ Help decompose waste in the environment
Without microorganisms, life on earth would not survive.
🚨 WHY YOU SHOULD CARE
Poor hygiene allows harmful microorganisms to spread.
Simple habits like:
Washing hands
Drinking clean water
Cooking food properly
Avoiding self-medication
Can protect you from infection.
✨ Caption Idea
“Not all bacteria are bad. Some are working silently to keep you alive. 🦠💚
Microorganisms are tiny, but their impact is massive!”
