CONSIDER THIS BEFORE ENBACKING ON ANY BUILDING PROJECT.

What can you afford,

What can you build without you been stressed out,

How long will it take you to build the House

You might want to build a 5 bedroom duplex but what you can afford is 2 bedroom bungalow, my advice is to go for the one you can afford without stress

And make sure you use one Engineer for your building

If you're the type that listens to different advice from different engineers, you won't be able to finish the house in 10 years

Because the person you're asking will want to show that he or she is better than the person you're using for your building Project

Always know that location plays a key role in your budget too

E.g a Truck Of Sand in Lagos is 180,000 Naira

While a truck of sand in Makurdi is 45,000 naira same size with that of lagos

At the end of the day, make sure you give your building the best

Don't manage Materials because it will affect you in future.
