At Hallmark Leadership Initiative (HALI), we believe that education is a fundamental human right and a powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality. Yet, many girls in our communities remain out of school due to cultural barriers, early marriage, and limited access to educational opportunities.

Through the SPA II Project, supported by ActionAid Nigeria, HALI conducted a nine-month non-formal coaching program for 50 out-of-school girls in Jajel community, Konduga LGA.

The program focused on literacy, numeracy, and foundational life skills, preparing them for successful integration into the formal education system.

We are proud to announce that all 50 girls have now been mainstreamed into public schools to continue their education.

Each girl received scholastic materials and admission support, ensuring they can pursue learning without barriers.

This milestone reaffirms our commitment to empowering young women and girls through access to quality education and equal opportunities.

Together, we are shaping a future where every girl learns, leads, and thrives. 🌍💪📚
