Today, Pam Care Community Initiative proudly joins the world in celebrating International Women’s Day.

We recognize the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of women and girls in our communities, especially those in conflict-affected and hard-to-reach areas of Northeast Nigeria. Despite numerous challenges, women continue to play vital roles in building peace, strengthening families, and driving sustainable community development.

At Pam Care Community Initiative, we remain committed to promoting gender equality, empowering women and girls, and creating safe and inclusive spaces where their voices are heard and their rights are protected. Through our work in peacebuilding, women and youth empowerment, protection, education support, and community resilience, we continue to support women to lead, thrive, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Today is not only a celebration but also a reminder that investing in women and girls is essential for building peaceful, just, and sustainable communities.

Pam Care Community Initiative remains committed to inclusive development and social equity.

In Njimtilo Community, Konduga LGA, Borno State, we carried out the distribution of assistive devices to Persons Living with Disabilities (PLWDs) as part of our efforts to promote accessibility, dignity, and participation in community life.

This intervention reinforces our belief that sustainable development is only possible when no one is left behind.

Peace is built not only through dialogue, but through unity, teamwork, and shared moments of joy.
During our continuous monitoring of Peace Club activities, Pam Care Community Initiative witnessed an exciting inter-school football competition between Jajel Junior Secondary School and 1000 Junior Secondary School.

The winning team was rewarded with a gift as a token of encouragement—motivating all participants to keep choosing peace, friendship, and positive engagement.

In line with its commitment to making communities better and improving lives, PAM Care Community Initiative extended its support to the education sector by distributing scholastic educational materials to the students of Central Genius Secondary School. The students expressed great excitement upon receiving the materials, which are expected to enhance their learning experience and support effective education within the school
