ODODO DRIBBLE BASSA PEOPLE AS ROAD CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT REMOVED FROM SITE AFTER GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY

A few days ago, Bassa LGA was agog as the Lamba Government of Ahmed Usman Ododo deployed contractors to site to commence the long awaited reconstruction of Odenyi -Oguma road.

It's on record that of all the total kilometers radius of Bassa LGA, no part of the roads in the LGA will you see a sign or a complete 100 meters of tarred section of the road. You can't see it anywhere in Bassa.

As we speak, last week, the contractors only graded less than 1k from Odenyi to a community called odulu.
They have moved all their equipments out of the site.

This makes it the second time Bassa people are being dribbled.
They commenced the same road before the 2023 Governorship elections and evacuated the equipments after the results were declared. The same thing with the flagged off of Shintaku to Odenyi road.

The question now on the lips of Bassa people is, when will Government genuinely remember them?
