Ever heard the term USP?

It means your unique selling proposition. In Nigerian context, it’s simply people asking you, what’s your selling point?

Your selling point is that part of you or your business that constitutes an advantage for you.

It is beyond what you produce or create. It is first who you are.

What can you do so efficiently well, no one else can? Or maybe no one else can in the way you do?

Who do you think would benefit from your services the most? Have you met them? What have they complimented about you and your business?

These are pointers in knowing your USP. Your USP is the reason people would keep coming to you and no one else.

It is your competitive advantage, and the reason you deserve a pay check.
