A leading retail organization is actively looking for an experienced retail individual for the following position in the organization.

POSITION:
Head of Retail & Business Development

He/She will oversee the Stores and drive the organization's business development for more sales, profit, and growth.

He/She must be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPIs as well as managing the store’s employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties.

Also, he/she must have the capacity to network, build relationships, and open new business/sales opportunities.

His/Her responsibilities also include training, coaching, and developing the team.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a first degree backed with cognate retail management experience in a similar position of not less than 3 years.
