I’ve been thinking about our generation lately….

How people have started taking certain liberties in their conduct and calling them the “new normal”

How some behaviours unbefitting of kingdom sons and daughters are covered up under “wokeness.”

How online mediums are evolving into platforms to peddle unkind and hurtful customs.

I’ve been thinking. And I am only compelled to pray. To pray that the God of the heavens and the earth floods our hearts with His truth, such that our generation awakens to a new sense of pleasing the LORD in ALL THINGS.

We must not allow the god of this world to blind our eyes from seeing what GOD sees, and living as God pleases.

Gosh, I cried this year.

Premium tears.

I felt pain and discouragement like I've never known.

Ran to everyone whom I thought could help, seasoned people with wisdom and experience, and while they gave momentary comfort, nothing lasted... until I ran to the arms of my Father.

I can tell you for free. Nothing is more beautiful than laying your heart bare before Him.

There's a deeply satisfying comfort He gives that no one else ever can or ever will.

What "they" did may still hurt!!! I know because I know hurt and pain, too. So crushing and heart-wrenching.

But no matter what, don't let it change the beautiful masterpiece that God created - you. Don't become their own creation by allowing the pain to make you someone you are not. Remain God's perfect creation.

God saw them. God will reward them. To touch you is to touch the apple of His eye. And for that, they crossed the line.

He will reward them but focus on healing, forgiving, and becoming everything God has ordained you to be.

Don't know who this post is for....

But you need to lean into the grace of God. Flesh and blood can not finish what God started with your life.

Human effort is futility if it isn't first soaked in the capacity of the Spirit.

Starting with God and then progressing on your own is unwise. God is Alpha and Omega. Don't embrace His Alpha and then think you can figure out the Omega on your own.

He desires to be your Help, your Rock, your Strength, your Shield and your Reward. Your understanding, when not aligned with His word, will fail you.

Let Him perfect what He started with your life.
