ETIDO DAVID is a Senior Associate with the corporate advisory, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and Mining practice of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, where he advises local and international clients on private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, business structuring/restructuring, tax, real estate investments and regulatory compliance issues.

He was recognised by the ESQ Legal Awards as one of the 40 under 40 rising star lawyers in Nigeria.

In the course of his professional career, Etido has advised on several big-ticket transactions, including the merger between Chemical and Allied Products Plc and Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc and the Series D capital raising round of Flutterwave.
