I have been meeting many mothers of 6 months old complaining that their baby doesn't eat very well..

I made Omugwo pap for lactation. Everyone is enjoying it now.. I usually add soybeans powder for maximum lactation and Nourishment..

I fermented Sorghum, Millet and Yellow corn in water for 3 days. I slightly opened the lid.
I didn't wash until the 3rd day. I washed up to 5 times till the water was clear and clean .

It was milled until it was smooth.. Poured everything in a cheese cloth (I used a new pillow case for it sha), allow it to drain water for 12 to 24 hours ..

I added uda, cloves, Adain, ginger while milling.

Then shared in small packs for single use. Stored in the freezer..

It’s so filling that i don't eat until late lunch despite being a breastfeeding mum.

I usually add Robbie Scoops soybeans powder to it..
