Do you like to flavor your rice with a touch of beans like I have it in this picture? Or do you prefer them in equal quantity?

And in the absence of other proteins like moi moi, or other accompaniments like salads or vegetables, Beans like this come in handy. So do not sweat that you do not have ingredients for salads or time to make moi moi, just add that beans to your rice and you are good to go.
