The first thing that got me excited about the OLxD - Organizational Learning & Development Conference was the exceptional communication on all channels - top-notch organization and such great energy throughout!

I had such a good time facilitating my session on “Facilitating Engaging Physical and Virtual Training Sessions.” The participants brought great energy and insights… I’ll share a few key takeaways soon.
