I was dressing up to work one day. After putting on the chinos, jacket and t-shirt, i tried to lace my shoes, an idea spanked my mind to create 3D model of the sneakers, so without hesitant, ipickup my iPad Pro and loaded the 3D app (Nomad Sculpt) to get started.
First, i blocked out the shapes and ensured they are perfect in all angle then, i started reefing the shape to makes it better, addind more resolution, once modelling was done, i generated the UVMap for easy materials mapping, followed by the lightning and rendering.

Meet Elemi, the pangolin. He’s fun, gentle but very tough. He doesn’t give up easy.
Below is our rationale for using the pangolin as our proposed character for 2024 mascot:
First, the pangolin is a symbol of resilience and adaptive capability - being able to survive in various different habitats and conditions, using its scale as armor, rolling into a ball, or climbing to escape predators; qualities that every sportsman/woman would require.
Beyond this, we also want to shine the spotlight on Ogun State - being a rich habitat for this scaly nocturnal animal. In doing so, we bring the world's attention to the fact that the animal is fast going extinct; thus advocating for the preservation of the species.
