PARTNERS AND REFERRALS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Attendance on our pages, groups and our other social media
platforms is compulsory for all business representative and partners. The
company reserves all right to drop a representative or partner to the level
of a referral, if absent for more than one month without communicating
genuine reason for being absent.
II. Referrals can be promoted to become a business representative anytime.
However. Only activities generated after registration as a business
representative will be counted towards promotion and awards.
III. All monetary commission are instant, as long as the customer has filled,
signed and returned the application forms.
IV. The company shall not be liable for any cash transaction between any team
member and customer as all payments are to be made directly to our
designated banks or through cheques, drafts , or other electronic means
V. The company reserves the right to terminate your membership in case of
unscrupulous or suspicious activities that negate the value we uphold.
VI. Th e idea behind this partnership is not to raise employees but to make
employees of labor therefore partnership does not imply being a staff of
Sheilvante Service Company.
VII. The management of Sheilvante reserves all rights to review the information
in this brochure from time to time as occasion demands.

STAGE 1: REFERRAL
REQUIREMENTS:
The referral stage also known as the bonus stage. Is a free package on this program that allows anyone from anywhere in the world to earn income on any
deal he/she closes, it has no limits to deals to be closed.
You will need to register with us, by filling our referral form online or the hard copy. NOTE: This is to enable us to credit your bank account directly, when you introduce us to a new customer that eventually patronizes our company.
Also attending our meetings or visiting our social media platforms is also very crucial, to ensure you stay updated

REWARDS:
• As a referral, you get 5% upfront payment for every deal you initiate that
turns to a sale
(As a referral you are only entitled to credits for a sale. To get more rewards you
will have to upgrade)

STAGE TWO: BUSSINESS REPRESENTATIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
• Register with a one time and nonrefundable fee of ₦5,000 ( subject to
upward review) this qualifies you for our starter pack.
• Attend weekly meetings and read online post to position you better for
business productivity.
• Start building your team by recruiting referrals.

REWARDS:
• You earn 7% upfront payment for every direct deal you close.
• You earn 3% up line commission when a referral under you closes a deal.
• You qualify to participate in all periodic rewards that accompany good
production.
• Every production from your down line referral counts for you in meeting
target and getting rewards.
• You have the potential of becoming a partner after you have sold 10plots of
land only.

STAGE THREE: PARTNER
REQUIREMENTS:
• you qualify to become a partner;
 When you sell 10plots of land ( The land could also be accumulated
from sales of your down lines, so long you have 10 fully registered
business rep as your down line ).
 Or by recruiting 20 fully registered business representative.
• Visit our social media platforms daily to get access to business information
which will further improve your leadership and team building skills.
• Engage in team building by recruiting referrals and business
representatives.
• Be in position to understand the business such that you can represent the
business properly before prospects and customers.
• Know all our Estates and be ready to lead your prospects to the sites when
and where necessary

REWARDS:
• You earn 9% upfront payment for every direct deal you close.
• You earn 5% up line commission when a referral directly under you closes a
deal.
• You earn 3% up line commission from a referral in your 2nd generation
down line.
• You earn 3% up line commission from a business representative directly
under you.
• You earn 2% commission from a partner that is your down line.
• You qualify to participate in all periodic reward that accompanies good
production.
• Transaction from every referral you recruit directly counts for you.
• You qualify for a fridge, Generator, car and other bonus rewards if you
meet the target set by the company as reviewed annually.

STAGE FOUR: ASSOCIATE PARTNER
REQUIREMENTS:
• You gain promotion to become an associate partner
 After you must have sold up to 50 plots of land through direct effort
and also have 5 partners on your down line.
 Or must have sold 100 plots of land (through direct/referrals effort).
 Or must have sold 20 plots of land with accumulation of (250) from
your down line team.
• Engage in leadership and team building.
Must understand the business and be able to lead prospects to site.

REWARDS:
• You earn 10% upfront payment for every direct deal you close.
• You earn 6% up line commission when a referral directly under you closes a
deal.
• You earn 2% up line commission from a referral in your 3rd generation down
line.
• You earn 4% up line commission from a business representative directly
under you.
• You earn 2% commission from a partner that is your down line.
• You qualify for a fridge, Generator, car and other bonus rewards if you
meet the target set by the company as reviewed annually.
• You have the potentials of becoming an executive partner.

STAGE FIVE: EXECUTIVE PARTNER
REQUIREMENTS:
• You gain promotion to become an executive partner after you must have
sold up to 70 plots of land through direct effort, also you need to have 8
partners and 2 associate partner.
• You must have 500 plots accumulated sales from all your down lines on
your team.
• Visit our pages daily.
• Engage in leadership and team building.

REWARDS:
• You join the leadership team of the company that shares/enjoy 1% of the
company’s turnover monthly provided you close at least two deals every
month.
• You earn 12% upfront payment for every direct deal you close.
• You earn 7% up line commission when a referral directly under you closes a
deal.
• You earn 2% up line commission from a referral in your 3rd/4th generation
down line.
• You earn 5% up line commission from a business representative directly
under you.
• You earn 2% commission from a partner that is your 1st and 2nd generation.
You earn 50% bonus from the registration of every new business
representatives directly under you.
• You qualify for a fridge, Generator, car and other bonus rewards if you
meet the target set by the company as reviewed annually.
• You have the potentials of becoming a shareholder and a member of the
management team of the company.
