Ruth, we have witnessed the embodiment of selfless dedication, a profound commitment to humanity, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of compassion.

From the very inception of Lira Foundation, Amb. Ruth’s vision has been the guiding star. It was her fervent desire to see communities uplifted, potential unlocked, and lives touched by kindness that sparked the flame which has now grown into a radiating light. She did not merely dream; she acted. She did not merely wish; she toiled. And through her exemplary leadership, countless individuals have found their voice, their purpose, and their path to a brighter future.
