Role and Functions

Your role will be to source for funds, thereby creating opportunities to fund the company's financial transactions.

1. You will as well market and sell our landed property in all our available location. You will also be responsible for

2. The effective delivery of the company's daily, weekly and monthly working capital requirement through financial intermediation and treasury services.

3. Sourcing for funds for the operational needs of the company at competitive rates in the market, while also ensuring good mixture of funds and debt portfolio at all times for desirable bottom line for the business.

4. Offering financial advice, funds arrangement and documentation of same from time to time.

5. You will report directly to the Operation Manager.

Target & Description:

(a) Minimum of 4.5million land series or 8.5million investment is expected from you monthly.
(b). Fund Mobilization above the set target will attract a bonus on the the total extra.
