There were certain people in Israel that scripture recorded that they had understanding of the times and season they were and also knew what to do as at then.

This is one area where many believers do not actually have an understanding of. They fail to understand the dealings of the Father at a particular point in time.
As believers, we mlust be able to Discern the times and season we are in and also Know what to do.
