If you will all agree with me that the problem here shows an endemic rot in Nigeria Educational System, then let the discussion begin.

All these teachers not only in Kaduna were employed by a validly elected administration at one point or the other in the history of Kaduna, Nigeria. Their appointment letters were issued by an Education Governing Board through many other cumbersome protocol.

This has nothing to do with religion at all!

And here are the questions:
Can the process of Test conducting, shaming, etc, start with the Board? If and almost 22,000 teachers failed the test in Kaduna, then what average will fail same test in other states?

Now if this kind of competency test spreads out to other agencies and departments of government, how many civil servants will be left in Nigeria public service?

These same teachers taught most of Us (Yes, anyone that schooled in Kaduna State public institutions is definitely in this mess at this time except they have undergone some rigorous personal development trainings irrespective of his/her position in Nigeria now) such may be a Senator or a President in Nigeria at one point or the other.

Then if 22,000 public workforce is relieved of it's duty as a punishment for failed test, where do they go?

Any alternative to survival or living? Are fingers truly equal in terms of opportunity placement for this group of people?

Would Justice have been served on all? Many of these category of people are actively functioning across the nation as teachers including private schools.

Are there reserved backlog of awaiting teachers to take up this new assignment to fill a vacuum?

What about say a student in Primary 4 who has been a victim of a long-term ineffective system, is he/she going to be returned to Primary 1 or RETRAINED to meet up?

Do government polices and budget on education commiserate with the changing world educational development standard?

Answering these questions is the first step to total liberation of all
