People believes in being loyal to a friend or to one another, but almost everyone these days abuse that form of loyalty.

Sometimes I do ask myself why do people need trust and someone to be trusted? Later I finds out that, they want loyalty but themselves are not loyal. Such are ones who used someone's idea to create a business which they still haven't understand and still believes they've gain something while they gain nothing but a tragedy.

Many businesses folded up because of lactic of trust simply because the managements too are not to be trusted. How would you used someone's brain to start a business when you know fully well that such person is not part of your team initially?

And at the same time expecting that person to be submissive and still be acting with you on the ground that he's part of you?
You don't expect such a high profile intelligent personnel feel abused because no matter what, you will definitely pay for it all the time.

If you are loyal, you won't expect free jobs, free service, free attention. Don't just fool yourself, loyalty is wealth, loyalty is price, loyalty is not sincerity and don't confused the two to be one. One can be sincere and not being loyal, you can be loyal and not being sincere.

Truthfulness, Sincerity, Loyalty. All these three sounds to be the same but are different in character and attributes. Many says the truth but can not defend that truth, and that's to be sincere, while standing for that truth is loyalty.

If you must be respected or gain solid respect, you have to be loyal, meaning you have to stand by your words, and defends it. This will make you to be respected even if you you have no dime. You're never a poor man if you're loyal, you're never a poor man if you defend your words, you're never a poor man if you stand on your word.

Your WORD is your WORTH!

And that's what it take to be loyal and not a lawyer!
