The word born again to some people means "Rejection"...but biblically born again means (Re-birth)
To be a born again christian, you have to ignore the past. You don't look at your age,Religion and characters. *Things you need to do before you become a born again
1.you need to be baptist by water because it gives cleansing from all your sins
2.You need to be baptist by the spirit of God ( holy spirit) because knowledge and impactation from God will help you to become a born again which will give you access to the kindgom of God
When you become a born again. You become an unpredictable person because born again means fool for God 1st Peter 23-24
