M-P Infrastructure Ltd Acquires Major Stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd

M-P Infrastructure Limited (MPI), a leading infrastructure development and management company, has concluded the acquisition of a major stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd, a comprehensive project management services company focusing on real estate, infrastructure, and technology projects, founded in 2010. The official signing of agreements and unveiling of Pro-Serve's new logo was made at the M-P Infrastructure Head office, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria on 7th July, 2022 by Engr. Sonnie Osuki, the Program Director on behalf of the Group Managing Director and Chairman, Dr. Clem Nwogbo (MON), and the Board of Directors. The move to acquire Pro-serve Integrated Services Ltd first started in December 2021, after evaluating the deep intellectual capacity and technical competence of the business having supported M-P Infrastructure Ltd in successfully incubating and expanding into the real estate and construction markets over the last three (3) years. The process took over 5 months of strategic reviews, negotiations, and agreements and the deal was concluded on 24th June 2022.

The Group Managing Director and Chairman, Dr. Clem Nwogbo (MON) said that this milestone acquisition of Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd fits into MPI's strategy to offer turnkey business solutions to its clients. "By purchasing a significant stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd, we are fulfilling our commitment to the delivery of excellence through state-of-the-art products and services to our clients".
