I’m about to show you the EXACT technique I use to get this 'skin-melt' finish every single time. 🧵✂️ No visible lace, no mess—just pure scalp."
How to Melt it into the Skin (The Process)
To get that "invisible" look seen in your images, here is the professional 4-step melt process you should share:
Step 1: The Tint & Prep
The Secret: Don't just rely on the lace color. Use a lace tint spray or a foundation powder that matches the skin tone exactly on the underside of the lace.
Pro Tip: Clean the hairline with 90% alcohol to remove all oils so the "melt" actually sticks.
Step 2: The Layered Adhesive
The Technique: Apply 2–3 thin, even layers of your favorite lace glue or "melt spray."
The Key: Wait for each layer to turn completely clear before laying the lace down. If it's still white, it will show!
Step 3: The "Melt Band" (The Game Changer)
Once the lace is pressed into the clear adhesive, tie it down with an elastic melt band or a silk scarf.
Time: Leave it on for at least 10–15 minutes. This uses body heat to "fuse" the lace fibers into the skin's texture.
Step 4: The Finishing Touch
Remove the band and use a small brush with a tiny bit of skin-toned powder right along the edge of the lace.
The "Blur" Effect: Use a hot comb to press the hair back away from the face, making the transition from skin to hair look seamless.

"Mastering the melt is the difference between a 'wig' and an 'install.' 💅
