The theme for World Day of the BoyChild 2025 is "Building Self-esteem in Boys: Stand Up, Be Heard, Be Seen".

As parents, It is important to help boys develop empathy and emotional awareness. Let them know that it’s normal and healthy to feel and express a range of emotions and cry when you need to and that expressing feelings doesn’t mean they’re weak.

You can also actively teach boys to consider how others are feeling.
