Is our service CHEATING or ILLEGAL?

The objection may be raised that our aids and services can be misused, that students might dishonestly submit work that is either partially or entirely not their own; in other words that students might plagiarise. This, of course, is not the point of any professional essay writing services. Anyone who presumes the contrary is not only incorrect but misguided. The overwhelming majority of students undertake university study to learn, not to cheat; similarly, most students enlist help to be guided, not carried. The opposite view immediately summons an accusatory stance against tertiary learners; as if to say the entire student body is so untrustworthy that they cannot be counted on not to perjure themselves at the very first opportunity. This, of course, is not the case.

Needless to say, any existing type of learning resource could be abused. Every tool has the potential for misuse, but this does not mean every tool is misused. Any existing book could be plagiarised from, but this potential in no way assures the outcome. Even if a book was misused in this fashion, the fault, then, would be with the plagiarist and not the book. Put in direct terms, anyone who intends to plagiarise will do so regardless: yet such people represent a tiny minority, they always have done and always will do.

Likewise, essay writing services are intended as learning tools, to be properly used to help the student; they always have been and will continue to be so.
