The primary objective of the Dutum Internship Academy Program (DIAP) is to nurture and develop young, talented, and resilient graduates and empower them to pursue career paths that align with their aspirations and goals.

DIAP offers young graduates the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, gain hands-on experience, and receive practical exposure to the construction industry within their respective fields.
