2.Then Get a structural drawing from a civil Engineer

3. Engage the service of M&E Engineer for Mechanical and Electrical design/drawings.

4. You also need a Quantity Surveyor to give you an estimated cost of the proposed project, to know if your money will be able to complete the project.

5. Then get a building contractor/Engineer to handle the construction phase.
