I see way too many women hurting from bad relationships and broken marriages.
I've had to counsel quite a number of women who reached out to me here on I.G, and believe me some of the things that I hear are shocking.
My dear Ladies, it is so important that you LOVE yourself and put your value as a person BEFORE any relationship. That way it'll be easier to walk away from situations that don't serve you.
Repeat this after me now "I am valuable and I choose to only be treated with respect".
Done? Good. Please don't ever forget that.

Whatever mistakes you've made in the past do not have to define you.
You might be the same person, but the truth is, that version of you doesn't exist anymore.
What you have now is the upgraded version of you that's wiser, better and stronger.
Stop going back to the outdated version of yourself.
You've learnt the lessons, now move on.
