Behind every ‘I got the job’ post… there’s a season of ‘God, when?’ that nobody talks about...
I wish I could give everyone a job. Honestly.
But while I can’t do that yet, I’m building something called VAssitly and I’m doing it step by step.

Now listen…

Every time I scroll on this app, I see many young people like you.
Confused.
Tired.
Unsure what to post.
Unsure how to show up.
And some are even looking for shortcuts that will blow fast.

You want to make money.. I understand.
But let me tell you the truth:
There’s a lot of work happening behind the scenes that people don’t show you.

Most people only post when things are good.
They don’t show the crying.
They don’t show the mistakes.
They don’t show the part where they almost gave up.

When I started getting jobs from LinkedIn, I didn’t have many followers.
But I showed up with sense.
I was smart, focused, and real.

So maybe you’re trying.
Or maybe you’re just tired.
But please… don’t stop.

Keep pushing.
Keep learning.
Keep showing up because your time is coming.

TOMORROW, I’ll be sharing a deep and simple explanation about the difference between what people post here and what really happens behind closed doors.

Trust me you don’t want to miss it.

💬 What’s one thing you’re struggling with on LinkedIn right now?
Tell me in the comments.
I’ll check your profile and drop a simple tip that can help you get closer to a job.

Repost this. Someone out there needs it too.

I’m still your Inbox & Content Ninja.

And if you ever need a Virtual Assistant that delivers results,
Let’s talk.

"I didn’t have connections. I just had God, Google, consistency, and the willingness to be valuable online."

That’s how I got my first paid international VA gig.
No job board. No referral. No DM begging.

Here’s what I did differently:

✅ I showed what I knew
✅ I positioned like a pro
✅ I didn’t wait for validation

Clients are not looking for perfection.
They want to feel like you’ve solved their problem before.

5 Surest Sites to Get Remote VA Jobs (No Upwork Needed)

Let’s be honest…
Not everyone wants to fight for attention on Upwork and guess what?

You don’t have to.

Here are 5 solid platforms where Virtual Assistants like you (even in Nigeria 🇳🇬) are landing legit clients without begging or underpricing themselves:

1. FlexJobs
Paid membership, but super clean. Zero scams. Real companies hiring real remote staff from admin help to content support.

2. Freelancer.com
Yes, it's crowded. But if you niche down and build a strong proposal strategy, this platform still works. I’ve seen it firsthand.(If you need help building a strong proposal strategy, send me a DM now. 30mins value session!!

PS: it's not free!!

3. PeoplePerHour
Clients from the UK and Europe love this one. Great for building long-term relationships once you prove your reliability.

4. LinkedIn (Yes, right here.)
Don’t underestimate the power of LinkedIn. Your next client might be watching... .but only if you’re visible and valuable.

5. Remote.co
Less noise, better opportunities. It curates remote jobs across industries...including VA roles that pay in dollars.

I got my first international VA gig through LinkedIn without applying.
I was just showing up consistently, sharing what I do, using strategic expert Outreach Methods and speaking to the right problems.

It’s not about chasing jobs.
It’s about positioning.

So, I might not have alot of followers but I still get roles some people with bigger accounts aren't getting.

✅ Follow me if you want more honest strategies for landing VA clients and building a brand that speaks peace, order, and results.

Comment “JOB” and I’ll send you my VA Starter Kit for free.

This video will make me rich... at least... I hope so.

Okay, maybe not “video” but this post right here?
It’s my truth.
And the truth has a way of opening the right doors.

I’m not trying to be viral.
I’m just tired of seeing brilliant people burn out
because their inbox is a mess,
their content is scattered,
and their VA doesn’t really get it.

Here’s what I’ve learned in the last 6 months as a Nigerian VA working with clients in the US and UK:

✅ Most people don’t need more ideas.
They need help executing the ones they already have.

✅ Being “visible” online doesn’t mean shouting every day.
It means showing up strategically with consistency, even when you’re offline.

✅ You can love God, be booked, and still have room for your own peace.

So yeah…
If this post reaches the right person,
maybe it will change something — for both of us.
Because I’m not just looking for clients.
I’m looking for alignment.

If you’re tired of doing everything alone...
Let’s rebuild your rhythm.
