INEC officially announces Rtd General Muhammadu Buhari as winner of the 2015 presidential election in Nigeria

Lagos state governor Babatunde Raji Fashola says, more distribution of PVC's will take place this weekend, saturday 28 of february and sunday 1st of March 2015, at all polling units across the state.Fashola said this will enable those who still do not have their permanent voter card,the opportunity to get it with little or no stress, as INEC officials will be at respective polling units to carry out the distribution.
