My father is a father to six kids, who raised four alone and has been a father figure to many of my friends when I was growing up. The empathy, care, kindness, support, and advice he gave and still gives is a testament to whom he was and is.

Three things he repeatedly told me while growing up have stayed with me all my life.

“The content of your character is far more important than anything exterior”.

“Remember to treat everyone!, from the driver to the ceo with respect”.

“Be careful how you treat people on your way up, as you may meet them on your way down”

Happy Father’s Day to my daddy 🙌🏾 B.N.D 🤍 (yes I’m a grown daddy’s girl 😁)

Thank you God for giving me this earthly father 🙏🏾 , forever grateful.

Happy Father’s Day to all the men going above and beyond for their kids and others. We see you!

I’ve played lawyers before who were experienced and self assured. However, playing Barr. Folake, a somewhat inexperienced lawyer who was out of her depth, was a new experience in the best possible way.

Playing a lawyer who breaks the law repeatedly and ends up on the wrong side of the law was fun!

I love the craft and I’m blessed to do this for a living.
