Goldlink Insurance Plc has a new MD - Mr. Rowland Awoyinfa.

Awoyinfa joined Goldlink in 1995 as the Coordinator for the West Region of the company where he was overseeing branch offices under the region. His experience has been brought into the play as the Group Head, Technical Division of the company. He started his Insurance career with the Nigerian General Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Superintendent and then moved to International Standard Insurers Limited as a Regional Manager. He is versatile in Survey and Risk Management Portfolio, Claims Management, Branch Operations Management and Marketing. Roland is a chartered insurer and a member of the Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance and Master's Degree in Managerial Psychology.

Prior to his new appointment, he was the Group Head technical. He is now appointed the Managing Director to steer the company through the recapitalisation process.

Mr. Awoyinfa addressed the staff today, in his speech he promised to ensure strict adherence to ethical management practises, management and staff cooperation, due dilligence, efficient and effective working process.
