We gradually rounded up to 90% on this project, and we started our work, which is construction finishing for this particular project on the 24 November 2024 till date. We started with internal and external screeding work of two units of 4 bedroom maisonette duplexes. With our client satisfaction, we proceeded to parapet dressing and tyrolean of four units of the building. However, we painted two units out of the 4 maisonette building. Note that painting is both interior and exterior.

Our construction finishing work will be completed soon so we can be done with this project.
