There is always something we forget to say out loud. 💗
Today, take a moment to reflect what is one thing you have never said “thank you” for?
Maybe it is the quiet sacrifices, the constant support, or the little things that meant everything.
Say it today. Share it here, or send it directly to your mum. 💐

Birth and delivery are surrounded by so many stories, fears, and half-truths that often leave expectant mothers feeling anxious instead of informed. But knowledge changes everything.
So today, let’s clear a few things up; myth vs facts about birth and delivery:
Many people believe that every birth must be extremely painful and traumatic, but the truth is, while labour is intense, every woman’s experience is different and with the right care, support, and pain management options, it can be a safe and well supported journey.
There is also a common myth that C-sections mean you didn’t give birth “naturally”. In reality, both vaginal delivery and Caesarean section are valid, life-saving ways of bringing a baby into the world. No method makes a mother less of a mother.
Another misconception is that first time labour always lasts for days. The truth is labour duration varies widely from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy there is no single “standard” timeline.
Some also believe that you must immediately know when labour starts. In fact, early labour signs can be subtle, gradual, and sometimes confusing, which is why education and antenatal care are so important.
And finally, there’s the idea that birth ends at delivery. But the truth is, recovery physically, emotionally, and mentally is a major part of the journey that deserves just as much care and attention.
The more we replace fear with facts, the more empowered mothers become. 🤍
Because every woman deserves to walk into childbirth informed, supported, and confident not afraid.

She carried life.
She loved deeply.
She lost and yet, she is still a mother.
Today we honour every mother whose arms ache with the weight of a love that has nowhere to go.

Caesarean sections are not “the easy way out.”
They are real births.
They are life-saving decisions.
They are strength in a different form.
Behind every C-section is a story of courage, of medical necessity, of a mother choosing safety.
Let’s shift the narrative:
✨ No shame
✨ No comparison
✨ Just informed choices and healthy outcomes.
Because the goal has never been how you give birth;
it’s that both mother and baby make it through safely.
Awareness matters.
Compassion matters more
