RADIX CAPITAL APPOINTED AS JOINT ISSUING HOUSE ON THE LAGOS STATE N 750,000,000,000 DEBT ISSUANCE PROGRAMME

The Lagos State Government (“the State”) is embarking on a Third Debt Issuance Programme (“the Programme”) to enable the state access funds from the investing public for the purpose of pursuing and executing some of the State’s developmental projects.

To this end, Radix Capital Partners Limited has been appointed as the Joint Issuing House to the Lagos State Government, in respect of the programme.

The fee payable on the assignment will be determined by the eventual size of the funding sourced, in accordance with best market practice.
