NEVER SLEEP ON YOUR STEPPING STONES

In life there are two types of goals. The master goals and subordinate goals.

The master goals are our dreams and happiness, they are the ends of our means.

While the our subordinate goals are the means to an end, they are what we pass through in other to achieve our dreams and happiness.

For example if you want to become a lawyer there are certain processes we must go through in other to achieve it.

Like, going to primary school, junior school, highschool, University, Law school etc.

When most people get to a point or a achieves a particular subordinate goal, like entering the university, they would think they have gotten everything.

Not knowing that it's just a subordinate goal, they would relent and starts loosing focus or should I rather say start sleeping on their stepping stone.

This is the point where most dreams gets squashed and squandered.

You the graduands what you have achieved here is just a subordinate goal and not the master goal.

You have just gotten to another stepping stone which you must never sleep on in other to achieve your dreams. Likewise you undergraduates and the world at large NEVER SLEEP ON YOUR STEPPING STONES.

And more importantly NEVER BE SCARED OF THE UNKNOWN

Three days ago, I came upon a post about a case regarding what a tenant should and can do and those they can do.

Then I decided to go to the comment section in other to understand better and based of the fact that the comment section is always more intriguing.

While I was doing this I noticed some people actually saying quick notice.

As in, if you are not careful your landlord will give you quick notice.

Nigerians, pls it not quick notice but QUIT NOTICE also known as eviction notice, not quick pls.
