6. Ground cumin (½ tsp) – for warmth and a slight nutty flavor.
7. Cayenne pepper (optional, ¼ tsp) – for heat.
8. Salt (1½ tsp) – to enhance overall flavor.
9. Black pepper (1 tsp) – for a little kick.
Instructions:
1. Mix all the spices in a small bowl.
2. Rub the chicken (whole or pieces) with olive oil to help the spices adhere.
