4th Respondent(APC): Motion dated and filed on 8th of May. It has 3 reliefs. The motion is supported by a 9 paragraph affidavit and a written address and we rely on same in urging your Lordships to strike out all the paragraphs itemized in the reliefs of this motion on the petitioner’s reply.
We also filed a reply on Points of Law filed on the 16th of May and we rely on same in urging your Lordships to strike out all the paragraphs itemized in reliefs 2 and 3.

LP: We also filed a counter affidavit in strong opposition to the misconceived application. This was filed on 12th of May. Deposed to by Martin Luter Akawe. We also filed a written address on the same date in support. We rely on the said Counter and written address in support. In urging your Lordships to dismiss the application in its entirety.

4th respondent(APC): We have two motions my Lords. First was filed on 8th of May, seeking to Strike out the entire petition for being incompetent as a violation of para 4(1) of Electoral Act.
Supported by a 12 paragraph affidavit along with a written address. We urge your Lordships to strike out the petition.
We also filed a reply on the point of Law filed on the 16th of May and we rely on the same asking to dismiss or strike out the petition.

LP: In opposition we filed a counter affidavit on the 12th of May. It’s a 6 paragraph affidavit deposed to by Martin Luter Akawe. To obey the rules of court we also filed a written address in support to our opposition. We respectfully rely on the Counter Affidavit together with the written address in urging your Lordships to dismiss the application for being incompetent and misconceived.
