💔 STORY: "He Abandoned My Sister After Two Surgeries to Marry Another Woman—Should We Let Him?"

Let me share my sister’s heartbreaking story and ask for your honest opinion.

My cousin got married in 2018. That same year, she gave birth through cesarean section (CS). Instead of being supportive, her husband got angry. He questioned why she gave birth via CS, saying his mother never did. Out of anger, he refused to pay the hospital bills. It was our family who came together to settle the payments.

When her second pregnancy came, it was the same situation—CS was necessary again due to high blood pressure. This time, the husband refused to sign the surgery form. Can you imagine? It was actually my other sister’s boyfriend who stepped in, signed the consent, and bought the necessary items for the operation. Again, the husband refused to pay a dime. My mum had to cover the hospital bills.

Fast forward to Christmas when the second baby was just four months old, he told my sister to take the kids and go spend the holidays at our parents’ house in Lagos. She went, unaware that he had a hidden agenda.

Two years later, he has refused to let her and the kids return to their home in Onitsha. He doesn’t send money for their upkeep, school fees, or medical care. Nothing at all.

When we confronted him to know why, he boldly said:

“There’s no problem except that your sister always gives birth through CS.”

He even told us to keep the children if we like. He doesn't want them. Yet, every time my sister calls him for support, it’s always excuses.

Now, after abandoning his legal wife and children, we just found out he’s getting married to another woman next Saturday!

To make matters worse, our family has asked him to come and collect his bride price back so that my sister can be free legally. He refused.

Which Is Why I Laugh When People Attack Christianity While Promoting “Africanism” They Lack The Awareness That Both Identities Are Colonial. Shaka Zulu Never Called Himself An African. He Was Not Even Aware What That Was. Even This Thing Of Calling Ourselves Nigerians. Zimbabweans. Congolese. South Africans. None Of That Existed Before White People.
