A good Life is a great demand and a noble goal. Rather, it is the demand and goal of all mankind .You can pursue it for yourself or for people, some people like to give it different names like happiness or success, but in reality its come all down to the chemicals of the brain. you can live in a poor country and with no parents and still have a good life.in the other hand you can live in a rich country with fame and a lots of money and still have a miserable life.

in order to boost good brain chemicals you need to take care of your habits, there is a book called Atomic Habits by James Clear it talks about how small and incremental habits can make a massive, positive change over time in your life, it’s highly recommended by people, I still haven’t read it yet but I just wanted to put it out there incase you never heard of it.

“If you can get just 1 percent better each day, you’ll end up with results that are nearly 37 times better after one year.”

I recommended you to always find things to do that you enjoy and also productive.

So I decided to make a series which I suggest habits for you to adopt in your life.

1-Play Chess:

Its one of my favorite games to play it can help improve your memory and develops the ability to see from someone else’s perspective and also can improve your concentration

you can buy a chess board or play it online at Lichess.org. yes I know I'm a bad player but I'm still learning.

2-Meditate:
It help you Focusing on the present and effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and Improve self-awareness.

if you are new to meditation try by starting just 5 minutes today.

3-Cold Showers:
I always look forward to this activity its helps me improve my mood, its also known for improving your heart health and helps you get a Better sleep.
