Just In: “I married Chioma because I wanted an Igbo male child who will carry my legacy after I am gone. I have always desired to have Igbo children, because the Igbo people are the true Black race of the world, and having a child from such a tribe is a blessing,” Davido said.

When asked why he did not choose to marry from his own Yoruba tribe, Davido explained:

“Yorubas are great people, no doubt, but they are not as hardworking and resilient as the Igbos. I don’t need children who will use what I have built just to party or lavish it away at endless owambe. I needed the Igbo bloodline for a strong reason. My success today is because I carry a trace of Igbo blood within me.”

The singer went further to hail the Igbos:
“The Igbos are unstoppable. Wherever they go, they build, they create, they prosper. You can’t keep an Igbo man down—he will always rise. They are the heartbeat of Nigeria’s economy, the engine of progress, and the pride of Africa. To marry Chioma and connect deeper with this great tribe is one of the best decisions of my life.”

I’ll Never be nice again— Ola of Lagos declares after his kindness put him in ₦18 Million Debt

Popular content creator Ola of Lagos opened up on how his kindness landed him in a multi-million Naira debt.

He revealed this during an online chat saying, “I once did a business, not really out of pity but out of being too nice, and it left me with an ₦18 million debt.

Imagine having to pull ₦18 million from your pocket to settle a debt you shouldn’t have incurred in the first place it makes no sense.

That experience made me decide never to be too nice again. Of course, I still show love to the streets, but now I do it with sense.”

I'm a 42 year-old man. A successful businessman.Married for 5 years. Father to a handsome 3-year-old boy. My wife is 4 months pregnant with our second child. Or at least, that's what I thought.

I chased my wife for 9 whole months. She wasn't saying yes, but she wasn't saying no either. Most of the time, she only asked me for financial help, and I willingly gave it.
Eventually, I got tired of being in limbo. I pressed her for an answer. That day, she finally told me the truth: she was already in a relationship and couldn't be with me. It hurt, but l moved on.

A month later, she reached out. She said she had thought about everything I said and decided to give me a chance. When I asked about her boyfriend, she told me she had broken up with him.

A month later, she told me she was pregnant. I believed her. I asked to meet her people, and I married her. I have loved her ever since. I cherished her. I adored our son. I thought we were happy.
But a few months ago, she changed.

She started coming home late. Ignoring my calls. Denying me intimacy. She became rude, distant, cold. She stopped cooking, stopped being affectionate. Every day she became a little more like a stranger in my own house.
I thought it was just a phase. That things would go back to normal. But they didn't.

One day, we had a huge argument. She walked out. She didn't come home until the next day. I called her a thousand times — no answer. Texted her — no reply.
When she finally returned, I asked her where she had been. Instead of answering, she was rude. Dismissive.

She did it again. And again.
Until one day, I lost it. I demanded the truth.
That's when she dropped the bomb that destroyed my world. She told me our son is not mine. That she wants a divorce because she's tired of pretending. That she has never loved me. And that the man who fathered our son — and the baby she's carrying now — wants them both back.

I thought she was lying. Saying it just to hurt me. But it turns out... she was telling the truth.
I am shattered.
I have grown to love this boy. I have raised him. I am so attached to him that the thought of losing him rips my heart apart.

I have been a good man. A faithful husband. I did everything to provide for my wife, to make her happy, to protect my family. Now I am broken.
Where did I go wrong?

How do I even begin again?
I haven't told my family. I don't know if hers even know.

All I know is that I am standing here, in pieces, with a love that suddenly has no home. ゚
