Overload Fish Sauce
I fried 8 cartons of fish recently and I had a lot of this chunks come out of the frying.
If you know me well, nothing goes to waste in food processing.
I had to make this into a fish sauce that I paired with yam.
Recipe:
Oil
Onions(diced)
Crayfish
Fried fish chunks
Roughly blended pepper(bawa, rodo, tomato, onions,ginger,garlic)
Vegetable blend (uziza, ugwu , scent leaf)
