The Last Passenger

A taxi driver in Lagos was working late one rainy night when a young woman waved him down near a deserted bus stop.
"Please take me to Green Estate," she said softly.
The driver noticed she seemed unusually pale, but he didn't think much of it. They drove in silence through the rain.
When they arrived, the woman pointed to an old house at the end of the street.
"Wait here," she said. "I'll get money from inside."
She stepped out and disappeared into the darkness.
Ten minutes passed.
Then twenty.
The driver grew impatient and walked to the house. An elderly man answered the door.
When the driver explained about the young woman, the old man's face turned white.
"That's impossible," he whispered.
The man returned with an old photograph.
The driver nearly dropped it.
It was the same woman.
"She was my daughter," the old man said. "She died in a car accident five years ago... on a rainy night."
The driver rushed back to his taxi.
On the back seat lay a small silver bracelet.
And the seat was still wet from the rain.
Even though no one had been sitting there when he opened the door.

"Would you have gone back to the taxi after hearing that? Comment YES or NO." 👀
