WHO IS A HEALTHY CHILD?

This simply means the child is in a state of physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing and not merely the absence of d*sease or inf!rm!ty.

The photo up are two healthy babies. A child being plumpy or slim is not enough to show a healthy or malnourished child.

Give them good foods, provide adequate nutrition and care. Go for hospital visits and check their weight and height intermittently.

STOP COMPARING YOUR CHILD TO OTHERS. YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST MY DEAR MUMS.
