When I say I'VE GROWN, I do not say it to feel bigger, better or higher than other people. Far from it! - though sometimes, when I see the acts of men, I'm like "omoh, people still dey this level? Mehn, God don try o"

But you see really, God's so worked on and in me, and is still doing so that I think of 'me' and can't be prouder of myself and more grateful to God for the state my mind and life is in now. Even in chaos, in the rogbodiyan, in the anger and even sadness, there's this calm and peace and quiet. It's just not from me or my doing, honestly! I can't take glory for it. Yes, there's determination and action but the enablement and strength to do? Naaa, not mine.

While we may link growth with life experiences (cos I mean LIFE WILL HUMBLE YOU!!!), it is worthy to note that in my experiences, God worked and is working on and in me and I also, ALLOWED Him in total submission. So many people go through things but rather, they allow their experiences bring out the worse in them.

Specifically, I'm GRATEFUL for how God helped me not to see people based on the wrongs they do/did to me. Truly, God's strength is perfected in our weakness! And when he'd shape my mind to pray for those who hurt me and not be angry with them or see them for it, I could have said "No, I wouldn't", and showed Him all the things they did wrong. As a matter of fact, He brought me to the place of saying, "Okay, they are not totally wrong or bad. I have a part in it too". That way, no blame game. His LIGHT, WORD and LOVE so makes me see people as He sees us - HUMANS! "For I shall not strive with man everytime, He is JUST HUMAN" (Layo Sobo's Translation)

And no o, I'm not that cool person yet o 😂 I'm still that hot, very stubborn, determined, strong-headed, hard-hearted emotional girl who'll give you gbas gbos, hot hot. But you see, God is here, and that makes the difference. So the hot hot I'll give now is nothing like the hot hot I'd give 😂 Work in progress yeah?

Long story short, through all the things of life, ALLOW GOD WORK IN YOU.
